September 12, 2009 - RSAT has been renamed to rSeq.

February 9, 2009 - RSAT 0.0.1 is now online. Documatation and website are still under construction.

About

rSeq is a set of tools for RNA-Seq data analysis. It consists of programs that deal with many aspects of RNA-Seq data analysis, such as reference sequence generation, sequence mapping, gene expressions (RPKMs) computation, etc. There are also many other features that will be gradually added into RSAT in the future.

rSeq is developed and maintained by Hui Jiang, who is a member of the Wong Lab.

License

Anyone can use the source codes, documents or the excutable file of rSeq free of charge for non-commercial use. For commercial use, please contact the author.
